Serving as an Assistant Director of Nursing and Full-Time Nurse Consultant, I routinely authored clinical policies, directed state survey preparations, and executed rigorous quality assurance audits. From managing high-acuity crisis stabilization in hospice environments to providing autonomous facility oversight during critical leadership transitions, I have operated at every level of the care delivery system.
